“...How are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?” (Romans 10:14)
The hard reality of the Japanese people being one of the least reached people groups in the world is that most Japanese will live their entire lives without hearing a clear and personal presentation of the gospel. This is why CBI is creating tools in the Uchi-Soto Evangelism Resource Project that clearly articulate the gospel through Japanese cultural values.
“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved” (Romans 10:13)
At the same time, we celebrate that indeed God has established His church in Japan! Despite all odds, many Japanese people have called on the name of the Lord Jesus. CBI is blessed to serve alongside many wonderful Japanese brothers and sisters in Christ.
We long to see more Japanese people growing in discipleship and sharing their faith with their friends and family.
The Uchi-Soto resources will be tools not only for missionaries to use, but more importantly for the Japanese Church. |
