Q: What courses of study (課程) are offered at CBS?
A: We offer an MDiv, MDiv CP & R, MA, BTh, and Certificate in Christian Studies. >>Learn more about the courses of study

Q: Does CBS offer online classes?
A: At this time we do not offer online classes. In the future we hope to begin offering pre-recorded video classes that can be completed on one’s own time, but at the moment all classes are offered in-person.

Q: Who can study at CBS?
A: High school graduates are eligible to enter the BTh and Certificate programs, and college graduates are eligible for the MDiv, MDiv CP & R, and MA programs. >>Learn more about admission requirements

Q: What classes will I take at CBS?
A: Our classes focus on biblical studies, theology, church history, and various issues in practical ministry.

Q: Do I have to know English to study at CBS?
A: No. All classes are conducted in Japanese or have Japanese interpretation.

Q: What type of ministry can I do after I graduate from CBS?
A: Our graduates have become pastors, teachers, church planters, college ministers, youth ministers, and more!
